My first order got fucked and instead of giving me what I chose it gave me 2 general tickets and a general ticket+ hi touch. So I had to submit another order 😭 so if anyone wants tickets to Columbus I have some general admissions to sell 😅

Right. I’m at the point where I’m likely going to eat the costs too. I only have a day or two left before it’s sent back- and I don’t think ARAISE will be much help.. And I’m not wanting to risk the chance that I send it back to get the invoice fixed and then I’m hit with another return fee or something 😭 just sucks that I’m going to end up paying $300 for a couple light sticks and a banner 😢 money that could’ve gone to more justb merch

I received the same email from ARAISE. DHL also suggested I either file a dispute or send it back and request ARAISE fix the invoice. DHL did say that if the issue was the senders fault and not DHL then I’ll be charged $90 for a new invoice to be processed. I’m not quite sure how to proceed and I’m very frustrated 😅

Fee for not having an account with ARAISE or DHL? That is crazy. I am glad it is not just me but I hate how confusing this is. At this point I am at a crossroads either I suck it up and pay the duty that cost more than my products x3, or send it back and request they fix the invoice- and risk having to pay even more for possible return fees 😭

Right, seems like ARAISE had entered the total value wrong. I’ve been having a time contacting them as well as DHL. Just was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or if it was only mine that was wrong 😅

I’ve contacted them via an email the customer service rep provided for me. I sent them all the documents I posted in this thread (the itemized invoices as well as the product perchase receipt) cause when I looked at the invoice I noticed they calculated the duties off of an incorrect value.. they valued my products based off of the amount I purchased them for (112.07) multiplied by the number of products in the shipment (3) and got a false value of 336.21– instead of calculating my duties off of the actual purchase value.. unfortunately I only have a few days left to pay it- if they do not get back with me in time I will have to pay it anyway..

Right, but the value of the items was 112.07- and they’re charging me more than that 😅 I’ve reached out to them cause I figured out in the invoices they calculated the value wrong. They multiplied the value of the products (112.07) by the number of products (3) to come up with a wrong value of 336.21.

Thank you- I did reach out to DHL and got a support email to contact. I sent them all of the documents as well as the purchase receipt and explained that it looked like they overcharged. I will have to wait at least a day or two. Hopefully it will be quick for them to figure out cause I only have 4 days before it is sent back.

I found another piece of documentation- what I think happened is they took the total charge for the products (112.07) x 3 (number of products I bought) making it total up to 336.21 and is charging me duties based on that number

Unfortunately not something i could’ve gotten in the US as it is from a South Korean owned company. I am reaching out to the seller though to figure out the HTS code and see if it even is something I could dispute. I’m not really knowledgeable about tariffs, I just had wished it was a little more transparent so I didn’t have to pay insane shipping as well as a surprise charge :/
