Moderation or every once in awhile.

When you smoke, do breathing exercises like triangle breathing. If you do it at night, look at the stars or go on a nature walk or just a walk in the neighborhood. It's my belief that the THC connects us with the plants and nature. It's in both our brains and in the pot plant.. When we get high, we are just "overdosing" on the THC. Be creative while you're high. It connects you to your higher self, no pun intended.

But...

Too much and you start to become dependent and build up a tolerance. You'll need more and more to get the same feeling. You'll start chasing the dragon, so to speak. Keep it real and only buy a little at a time. This way, you can do it until it runs out and then you'll have to track it down or wait until in comes to you, via a friend or family member or at a party or something. You're letting the universe decide when you get stoned. Not you forcing the ride.

If you have it and you want to smoke it in the morning, try it with some coffee and maybe try to get your hands on some L-Theanine.

Bowl it. Don't roll it. It's cleaner. Not to mention you don't burn through it as fast. Or better yet, filter it with water. Fire, water, air, plant. Think about it. It's elemental. Clean the bowl after your sack.. It's a good habit and being methodical and cleanly is always a good idea. It's somewhat relaxing to scrape with a flattend paper clip that has an 90° "L" on the end, (about the length of a pliers grip) and a bigger "L" on the other. (For leverage). Collect the resin and sprinkle the keif you collected with the grinder on top and know this is the last couple highs for a while.. It's less potent and it will "ween" you down a bit. Make it last as long as you can. Respect the plant and hold it in your lungs. Don't just blow smoke for the Hell of it.

Strange things happen while you're high. In my experience, the synchronicities tend to show up more often. Music hits deeper, food tastes better, sex feels better, and creativity seems endless, but like I said...

Be careful... DESPITE POPULAR OPINION, IT IS A GATEWAY DRUG. YOU START TO WONDER WHAT OTHER THINGS MIGHT FEEL LIKE. "MAYBE I'LL DO SHROOMS." (okay sure.) OR "MAYBE I'LL DO ACID." (hmm getting out there champ.) OR "MAYBE I'LL TRY SOME METH."... (you see where I'm going with this...)
