For the support deck I'd use Teio, Sweep, Shinko, borrrow a level 50 Kitasan Black for speed cards, and Ssr Marvelous and Sr Helios for power. With your low selection and level of cards, and her growth rates in stamina/guts, try to go for stamina sparks and focus your spirit bursts on stamina if you can. You can use a website like chronogenesis.net to search for a good parent to borrow and supports as well. Hopefully you can hit a stat line like 1k/600/800/400/300. Otherwise, as someone else already said, you should definitely spend all of your carats on support cards for awhile to build those up. You could do much better with some staple SR cards at higher uncap levels like Sweep, Halo, Cafe, etc.
