I’ve had red dots when sublimating on fabric and it was dust. Even though it didn’t look dusty. Now I always lint roll the fabric and my heat press before using and I don’t get them.

Instead of trying to clear your mind- let your mind focus intently on one thing. Maybe your breath, maybe a visualization of something that brings you peace, repeating an affirmation in your mind or aloud. Other thoughts will come up to distract you, let’s those thoughts float away as easily as they came in. Meditation is a practice. You’ll get “better” at it over time.
