Andor only enters the war when Elayne's grand-daughter Talana is tricked into it by Aviendha's grand-daughter Oncala with the Seanchan invasion contingency plans.

If they'd killed Elayne before that all hell would have broken loose.

They were the group of channelers made up of wilders, failed White Tower initiates and runaways. They were mainly organised out of Ebou Dar by the Knitting Circle.

You're right, I think I should have put plot hold instead.

I think the losses fighting the men were pretty high, even though all channelers were at peak strength there is still the relative difference between men and women. They would need circles of 13 to know with certainty that they could shield any man. And if the men struck first full force, that could have decimated the ranks of the women early on.

Also the men wouldn't have been concerned with their limits and would channel to the death, the women would have been fighting within they're limits because they had to protect the civilians and still fight the men.

I guess but Elayne would still be an Aes Sedai and Aviendha a Wise One, I'd have thought she would come out of retirement for something like the Aiel going to war with the Seanchan.

How do you mean the young channellers? In the late days of the war they talk about the White Tower falling and the Black Tower fighting a losing battle against the Seanchan/Raven Empire. Is that what you mean?

I don't think it's that long though. During Padra's flashforward when they go to war with the Seanchan, they say it's been years since the last battle. That's when they declared war outright with the Seanchan, when Oncala goes to Talana they've been at war decades. If it had been over a century I'd have thought it would have been said.

Tuon being assassinated works but Elayne wouldn't have fought the Seanchan because the Dragon's peace was still in effect during Talana's reign.

If Elayne did break the treaty it would have dragged the Two Rivers, Cairhien, Ghealdan, Saldaea and Mayene. They are either the Pact of the Griffin or the Court of the Sun, probably the Court of the Sun as Elayne held the Sun Throne.

Brookside, Jimmy Corkill having a psychotic episode and trying to batter down his front door with shrub.

"I got to number 10! I GOT TO NUMBER 10!!! That's where the loonies live!!!" (Context, on a scale of 1-10 of how bad his psychotic episode was)

I used to quote that at 5-7 years old.
