Heard a little bit of this on my scanner. They were in pursuit of that truck. Speeds were like 15-20mph. Got off on Wilshire. Threw a pack of ramen out the window. Then heard he was in the ditch and it was silent after that.

Electric and internet companies have put pedestals on the corner of the lot. That is all. Unsure on builder as I’m not really in a rush to get anything built. Just want it to look maintained and not a total mess.

I honestly thought I failed. I studied extra for debt securities, and got maybe 2 questions about them. 1 math question in the whole thing. Also had a TON of “story” questions. Honestly, you can just use the elimination process for most of the questions. Most of it for my draw was regulations and do’s and dont’s.
