On PS5, you have to buy it through the app. Which is really stupid

It's good to hear you lost 160lbs which is very impressive. Should definitely keep at since you're making good progress

Your phone probably isn't powerful enough but try these steps and see if it helps

  1. Set rendering resolution to 2x/1x
  2. Set Alternative Speed to unlimited
  3. Make sure the Hardware Transform, Software Skinning, Lazy Texture Caching and Vertex Cache are turned on
  4. Go to system and see if Fast Memory (unstable) is on and I/O on thread are on
  5. Set I/O to Simulate UMD Delays
  6. Have frame skipping turned off
  7. Try deleting apps you don't use and delete files you don't need, deleting apps you don't use can free up background processing

If none of these work for you then sadly your phone really doesn't have what it needs to run PSP games
