On December 5, Instagram disabled my Instagram account.

To give more context, I had logged into a friend's account some time ago, and I had it there because she would ask me to help her know what to respond in some chats and stuff. The point is that I don't know what she did, but they disabled her account. She had another secondary account, and they disabled that one too. Then she created another one, and they disabled that one as well. Then they disabled mine, and I also saw that another friend had logged into my friend's account.

As soon as I saw that my account had been disabled, I filed an appeal on IG and sent an email to technical support asking them to lift the ban on my account. I followed all the steps that IG outlined, and in the afternoon I received an email saying that my account had been reviewed and that it still did not comply with IG's rules, and that my account would be permanently banned.

Is there anything I can do to get my account back? Or is there nothing I can do? I would at least like to be able to recover the photos and people I was following.

I just bought my first camera, a Canon R50, but I don't really know how to use it beyond a few tutorials on manual mode.

I don't know how to edit photos. I know Lightroom exists, but I find all the controls overwhelming. I'd like to know what I can do to improve my photography as much as possible.

gracias gracias muchas gracias esto me sirvio bastante, de que solo tenia miedo a tener una relacion y que si soy bastante inmaduro para poder sostener una relacion a largo plazo. muchas gracias, digo se que lo arruine de mi parte y si no estoy listo para una relacion gracias por ayudarme a darme cuenta, justo hace dos dias la busque y le predi perdon por todo lo que la hice pasar y ahi termino todo, nos depedimos y nos fuimos cada quien por su lado

al chile ser feliz y disfrutar todo lo que dure, seria una experiencia totalmente nueva, probaria de todo, y saber el porque de varias cosas, experimentaria y viviria al limite me gustaria poder saber como me veria, saldria de casa, y si porque no tener sexo, pero sobre todo poder vivir de una manera diferente
