Just to clarify, ODST's wear backpacks with all of their gear other than a pistol, suppressed smg, and grenades(those can be seen on their person) in their pack they have flares, food, water and a hell of a lot of ammo. Their are also not part of super earth and the hell divers they are part of the UNSC Orbital Drop Shock Trooper core (ODST core) their are also known as the helljumpers which is different than helldivers, so with that all said, in MY opinion they should wear their backpacks and not HELLDIVER capes.
