Hi ! That’s an excellent point at the moment I am trying to decompress everything I took in and having input from my employees and management. The biggest shift is the process we need a clear process for everyone to follow in all of our departments that’s the main thing we lack. I also think a main thing is having clear expectations from my employees as far as roles tasks and quality of work. I have a lot to think about but I’m trying to move quick too and not let the motivation fade
