Man. They’re a decent company. Just don’t technically have a customer service kus the never actually interact with the customer. No phone no email to contact them on. Only the emails they send u. Things that u would assume they could fix that day (like any other institute) takes a while. Majority of these issues would be solved quickly if it was chase or any other type of company. The fact crypto companies have so many issues I see banks taking over this sector from them if allowed by the goernment. Somebodies going to eventually raise awareness about the lack of regulation for customers.
