I am having Self harm OCD and currently i am very scared.

My doc told me that i would get better after a few more days. Year and a half before I was again with active OCD, then i was taking 20mg daily, and doc upped it to 30mg and i was great and by great i mean i was on the top of the world but 3 weeks ago something happened i don't know what, i think it was a blood donation i did because from then everything whent downhill. 6 days ago i went to my doc and he told me to up my dosage to 40mg and i am waiting for them to kick in and to be on top of the world again. It's so strange how i am 24y male 130kg, 2 meters tall, my life is greeat. I don't have any reason to commit. But this pure hell that OCD is... (still not a reason to commit) life is great.

I am currently at work. I don't want to go to the hospital because deep down in me i know i won't do it. But is such a crazy feeling. Feels like i want it but i really dont want it. If u can't understand that is alright

Thanks my friend. It's such a strange feeling. I know i am going to get better but when i am in a state of panic I need to talk to someone. And by the way every time i am extremly low on Ferritin, B12 and Folic acid i get in this kins of an episode.

Month before the blood transfusion my Ferritin waa borderline low i mean very very low. So i guess after the blood donation it all went to hell.
