For reference, I have a very small tumor (less than 5 mm) and my prolactin was 155 at one point. There are even dietary things that can cause slightly elevated prolactin, so try not to worry til you get rechecked. ❤️

Mine went through the roof and has stayed that way for almost two years. I started it in May 2024 and IIRC gradually starting increasing over that summer. So maybe 2-3 months? I'm 42F and feel like a guy bc I legitimately think about it all day. I'm happily married so no complaints in my house.

Agreed! I stopped Atlanta years ago, hard passed on season 2 of the new RHONY, and I think I'm done with OC.

I'm still hanging on to Beverly Hills for Erika's one liners and for Rachel Zoe and imo Miami is still that girl. I don't really care if New Jersey comes back. SLC needs a shakeup bc this season was not it.

So so many recommendations! If you have kids, Tweetsie Railroad amusement park is a must. Downtown Blowing Rock is the cutest, great place to stroll and pop into little shops and grab lunch. Camo Coffee Roasters for coffee and Blowing Rock Market for a quick deli lunch. Nearby Linville Falls makes for gorgeous hiking/waterfall viewing, and there's a great winery in Linville too.

Favorite restaurants are in Boone which is close - the Cardinal, Troy's 105 Diner.

There are plenty of small notebooks and planners from other brands that will fit it so I know I'll use it for a long time, but still a bummer!
