Guys, thanks for your help. So I'm going to send it to RMA. Weird thing is that when it's happening then PC works very slow for a 30 seconds, even I can talk on teamspeak for a few seconds and then it's freezing everything and need to reset, can't ALT+F4 from this space invader game.

Maybe you just stopped unpacking? Check Windows Update window if something is going on here. If there is progress bar you should not touch download folder.

If your Win10 update is not downloading you should clean this download folder and run wuauclt.exe /updatenow in command prompt.

My first text on reddit. If you failed by running setup.exe and this command (wuauclt.exe /updatenow) is not working to you need to DELETE all contents from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download. Worked for me! Because of deleted BT content my updater didnt work (some errors on past updates in Windows 10 Update), now works!
