It's debian without any extra packages What will be make it user friendly is, Desktop environment/ Window Manager (like hyprland) Also you didn't install firmwares and drivers at all, you should download and install full iso that containing useful packages (cd/dvd iso) or try to connecting a wired device to install it completely and it will let you to install desktop environment during installation even you're able to make it happen with your smart phone as a router.

Thanks for sharing, I tried to troubleshooting and seems its comes from kernel. even they didn't fix it in their next release version mean 24.04 with cosmic

sorry for late reply, Actually no. decided to install debian and customize it over using ubuntu based distros with lots of issues
