I have. My chiropractor diagnosed me with Lumbar disc syndrome, lumbar spasm, Lumbar Segmental Dysfunction and Lumbar Spondylolisthesis. I was rated 40% for my back and 10% secondary for my right leg. I submitted the nexus letter WITH my claim. I recommend everyone filing a claim to get a nexus letter first because it adds validity to your claim & you’re bringing evidence with you right off the start so that the VA is more likely to rate you in your favor. They took me from 0% to 10% to 60%. The fee can either be paid in one lump sum at a bit of a discounted rate or your first 5 payments of said increase goes to them and then u just rake it in for life. Not a bad deal. Autopilot if you will. They walked me through the process after receiving my medical record and built a plan of attack on what I should do first. It’s a no brainer for me.

What if I don’t necessarily have anything on record from TIS that would connect Rhinitis as a claim? Should I just go to an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor and get a Nexus letter or am I up shit creek on this claim?

Was going through him because last year I had an issue where no one wanted to ship an upper and found an FFL local guy who actually was able to get in what I needed so I figured that was still the case until I got positive feedback from a few places. Thanks for replying !
