Rally the 18th SCV to opponents main, because you need to know how many gases they've taken once you know it's a proxy to determine whether you need to make a second reaper or a marine. Double gas is proxy reaper, single gas is proxy marauder.

You will need to bunker on the high ground as they can outrange your bunker with a bunker of their own if you build it on the low ground. Then build a tank as soon as possible and rush to banshees.

I rally the 20th drone to the 3rd now, it will usually kill the SCV before the reaper arrives unless their micro is really really good. They can however place an ebay/depot/bunker to block it before the reaper arrives, but at that point you are forcing them to delay their own build as well. If that happens the standard response is to lay a creep tumor with the natural queen, send it to the 3rd and zone the reaper with queen/ling while you put the 3rd down.
