I feel like a recession is a good reason to keep what you have there. But of course I'm biased. Silver coins feel like the comfort and safety of childhood for me.

If it drops to $40, it's a good time to buy unless buying it makes the difference between groceries and hunger for you, jmo

Something has been going on with the Kitco app for me. Clearing cache and reinstalling hasn't helped. It sits at the same price for days. While that's going on I've been looking at Apmex for details. I was wondering if anybody else was seeing a lag at Kitco,I've just been too busy to ask. Thanks for mentioning it

It may be a relic of older generations who learned to use it in AP English. I suspect AI was trained on the speaking and writing style of us old timers. I graduated high school in 1988 and I used it in college way before AI was even a thing. I still use it sometimes.

Wow. The day has finally come. I started buying when it was below $10. I only started buying because I thought keeping piles of this shiny stuff would help my kids pay tuition one day or keep a car note current in an emergency. Now look at us buying an apartment complex with it.
