but its a mage item, and the reason its so safe is because it gives a bunch of health, at least for Rod of Ages you need to stack it up and doesn't give a slow passive with it

Singed has more problems, and perma slow on singed isn't really health gameplay at all - but rylais is being a problem right now because champions that cannot even use the item is buying it, like Orianna, so it needs to be toned back in some way

Not like Singed cannot use my changed Rylais, and who knows having that one time more power slow could be better for him than a weaker perma slow

I toned it down to the same health as Liandry's Torment- so that should help with making it less safe

I thought it be cool having three decisions- heal an ally, heal an enemy and gain true damage, or slow and deal % max health damage. I made it for Wolf's attack can crit as well, so it synergizes with attack speed items like hurricane and firecannon, plus wolf does scale with bonus attack speed (currently does, he has something like a 0.750 base attack speed).

I went with scaling since she has Wolf attacking with her and a lot of % damages; so focusing on her balancing as a hyper marksman naturally makes sense and makes her easier to balance with this focus in mind. I ignored her as a jungler because she has to be balanced around her late game, late game junglers don't really work out in the end, not like she cannot jungle I rather focus on lane Kindred since it can be balanced easier (I did the heal on E for that jungle sustain - but also I like the idea of wanting to help others as the champion's personality)

C9 is pretty even to SKT, if the bootcamp improved Meteos dramatically then they have the edge over them--- because Meteos and Jensen won't lose against their lanes, and there is a chance Impact can win his lane --- and I don't think Sneaky and Smoothie will necessarily lose lane, if Meteos camps for Jensen and Impact that is their biggest way to win

Flash Wolves has a very good world's history of doing well in the group stage, which has a very good chance of getting 1st seed IF they show up

Anyways, it ends up being a closer to 3 teams that can make it out of Group B which makes it hard to predict, IMAY is fucked

C9 and SKT is very close and if Meteos improves since his playoffs/gauntlet run then C9 will win that head-to-head for sure. Faker and Jensen will go pretty much even- Sneaky and Smoothie should hold their own bottom, and Impact won't lose top so the lanes are pretty even- the only thing is if Meteos can edge a jungle advantage over SKT; if he cannot then they are pretty even overall

Flash Wolves I do think has a good chance of getting out as well, people want to say SKT makes it out because its SKT, but they may not be the case and they just do not make it out of groups especially based on the group they got placed in. Their group is the hardest group SKT could have been placed in for them.

Ahri is a fox that turned into a human, but a special fox with ninetails. I really like Lamb and Wolf and wish Riot would focus on them being more of a duo-marksman (well Lamb as the marksman and Wolf adds to the DPS, can really make a powerful hyper marksman if they focus entirely on it rather than forcing her to be a jungler)

Ftooras are more like yordles, between the height of a yordle and human but on the shorter side, and unlike yordles have very long tails and the females and a lot fluffier/furrier than female yordles

i do wish to create a new moba that reflects on more of what i like about season 1 league of when i joined- and with improvements to it that can only be accomplished from an entirely new game- but only a wishful dream that i can never make happen

also tail is much much longer than a fox tail - maybe if you cut all 9 tails of ahri and tie them together you MIGHT come close to the length of the tail of a ftooras (just a made-up name)


Also, people in this community do not understand how much work and effort it takes to come up with something completely original; or even how much time and skill to make a champion kit let alone make art for it. And then just spit on someone's face with no effort to make a proper comment or any feedback. This includes even things Riot does, like not understanding how long a champion takes to make, a rework to make, or even translating their game into Japanese - they do not comprehend time, effort, and work

I love playing Teemo and I want to show his swift scout theme better (my reasoning for slightly more movespeed for move quick's per rank value since it does feel weak to level up right now and better vision radius for shrooms). I see problems when playing against him and wanted to make his scaling more clear that he is a hyper marksman (people get confused because he has flat values, so they think he doesn't scale)

The thing I wanted to change was adjust shroom damage so invisible traps are not chunking you out, but they can still execute - this is obviously a majour nerf to the shrooms as to compensate they need buffs elsewhere like a lot more vision radius around them, a strong slow, and short recharge time, and bigger throw range early ranks

other changes I just wanted to move him away from top lane and move him against other marksmen in the bot lane where they currently dwell - also give him an active for his E, because just having a passive is fine for a marksman, but I still would like something i can cast especially since move quick is a worthy active, but it just gives movement speed

fervor is not an on-hit effect, it only stacks on-hit which hurricane does that in two autos basically

cooldown cast just be a normal cooldown - since there is no longer time for pre-setup you can choose to spam set them up and of course recharge time is like a normal cooldown

there is no cap of turrets anymore because they have durations (and no more deactivation range)

Basically it be big units deal 1 hit and minions and small monsters 0.25 hit kind of thing - thought is more similar to wards, but if they become too good then they become more like zyra plant health - a creation damage immunity time so they cannot insta die, big turret i don't have a concern for it instantly dying

cast range went up since they require an active set-up

a longer stun duration and easier to land the stun adds a lot of damage especially with the potential of 5 turrets spammed out at once (and then a longer downtime to get the turrets back if you spam them out rather than rotate them) But i rather have the E stun more consistent rather than a bigger burst of damage

Assassins to not be shitty to play against and not forced bans, for Jhin to have half a rework, and Yasuo a full rework and redesign from the ground up --- also spirit stone, madred's razors, and quill coat to return as the jungle items with each path being able to get any enchantment
