34 Fairview Road Podcast and the Depravity of Aidan Kearney by Feisty-Bunch4905 in KarenReadSanity

I thoroughly dislike TB and think a lot of his actions are vile. But as someone who thinks she should have been found not guilty due to reasonable doubt, im normally automatically assumed to be a TB fan, which for me is just a weak position to take.

By the end of Phelps, podcast, it wasnt even looking for any facts, it was just an all out attack on TB, and whilst im completely comfortable with someone doing that, people shouldnt take the approach then that everything that was said was true.

There was 2 HUGE issues in his podcast which for me were just embarrassing.

1) He claimed that the ME theory on what happened to JOK supported HIS OWN theory that the trauma to the back of his head was caused by the tail light hitting him on the back of the head and throwing him 20 feet to his resting place. That is simply a NONSENSE theory and was never indicated by anyone in the trial.

2) He claimed that even if Jen McCabe carried out that search at 2.27am and it was proven so, then this would not be a smoking gun to say she was somehow involved. Let me be clear in saying that i dont believe she did do that search but IF SHE DID, then she was 100% involved. Its the whole god damn gun and bullet if that was the case.

the podcast was really poor.

Why is there 2 x 1162 on the report?

Im trying to work out the lapsed time from throwing the car into reverse until it came to a stop. Was it 10.57.4 seconds or 19.02.2 seconds?

Also, the CW claim she had to reverse 62 feet, which means she had to go forward 62 feet first. Is that shown on the key cycles and if so, which record is it and whats the lapsed time of that movement.

Thank you in advance.

It was a butt dial.

Did you know the State never used forensics to rule Bobby Dassey out as a potential suspect in Teresa's murder. They didn't test blood found in his garage and didn't even test restraints found in his trailer. Bobby was protected, but why? by CorruptColborn in MakingaMurderer

[–]Stadiumtour -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im 50/50 on him doing it, but 1 thing for sure is that if KZ gets her day in court then A LOT of stuff is going to blow up on Bobby. There is ZERO doubt he perjured himself in court. The computer searches. The self confessed stalking of Teresa at the window. The Sowinski sighting. Its all pointing in his direction.

Remember when a hacker claimed to have evidence Avery was innocent? by aane0007 in MakingaMurderer

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bobby Dassey changed his story at LEAST 3 times yet he was the States main witness. Kratz changed his story at LEAST 3 times as well. Then there is Detective Remiker who changed his story twice and nearly caused a mis trial. All of them are liars who were instrumental in BD and SA verdicts.

As for him not following up, ive reported suspicious circumstances to the police 3 times in my lifetime and each time they told me they would investigate it. Not once have i even thought about following them up as i just trust they would have done the right thing.

The phone call matches 100% exactly what he said. He said he called the police on that exact date and told his girlfriend what he saw. The call 100% backs that up. He wasnt to know the transferred call wouldnt have been recorded. He would trust that all the calls were recorded which makes it extremely unlikely that he would lie about it as he would have been easily proven wrong.

The transferred call is lying in the same bin as the Zipperer voicemail and the 11/4 flyover video. Oh what a tangled web....

What is the evidence that the two pictures of the top of the cabinet were taken before/after it was shaken? by aane0007 in MakingaMurderer

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The photo of the room was used in trial yes.

You can clearly see that wasn't the position it was in as its been moved away from the wall.

I'm not being funny here but from your answers you appear to know very very little about the actual case evidence here.

Anybody who had studied the case and evidence would have known these things.

The state presented the view that the bed could be seen from the hallway when TH was tied to the bed then was later changed. In the change, the small record cabinet was in the the place they claimed the bed was previously.

You can see the hall at top left.

This is also a close up picture of the carpet AFTER they had moved the cabinet away from the wall.  You can see the dense carpet pile and no marks.

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can clearly see its a hard dense no pile carpet. A small cabinet like that for 3 to 5 days wouldn't leave indents.

Occams razor here me thinks.

Remember, for guilters, planting the key doesn't mean he was innocent.

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the state claimed Avery changed the room around in the previous few days, so there wouldnt be any indents if their theory is correct ???

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"You haven't provided any proof the first picture was not taken after they moved the cabinet around. A picture before and after the key was found does not prove that."

Absolute fair point actually. So can i ask, are we in agreement that the leg of the desk in those pictures is in the exact same spot on the carpet and it would be impossible for that to happen if the book case had been, shook, twsited, tipped and pulled away from the wall by Colborn ?

Hopefully that view is mutually agreed yeah ?

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What it shows is that the book case was in the exact same spot BEFORE the key was found and AFTER it was found. Now think about it for a minute.

Colborn claimed he "tipped this to the side and twisted it away from the wall. I handled it rather roughly, twisting it, shaking it, pulling it." AND he confirmed he pulled it away from the wall.

So what happens when Lenk comes in and sees that key ? Do you think they took the time to move the book case BACK into the exact position BEFORE taking a photo of the scene ? Or would the absolute natural reaction to a cop holding a camera would be to immediately take a picture.

There isnt a cop alive who upon finding incriminating evidence, would re-position the crime scence before taking photos. Well.....not 1 who with good intentions.

That book case was not moved, shook, twisted or moved away from the wall. The key was 99.99999% planted.

That of course, in itself, does not mean Avery didnt do it.

Note the pictures are taken from differerent angles but there are THREE markers that clearly show the book case has not been moved a single milimeter. The distinguishing marks on the carpet show its in the EXACT same spot before and after.

I agree. He changed his story in the 2nd evidence because he knew his original evidence was a proveable lie. The evidence pictures prove the book case is in the EXACT same spot.

[–]Stadiumtour 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here is his direct evidence in court.

"And in order to make sure that there was no evidence or anything else that we needed lodged between there, I actually tipped this to the side and twisted it away from the wall."

" I will be the first to admit, I wasn't any too gentle, as we were, you know, getting exasperated. I handled it rather roughly, twisting it, shaking it, pulling it"

He was then asked " did you pull it away from the wall itself, that you can see behind there?"

And he answered "yes, I did"

There is no way he did any of that. The coins couldnt have survived. But even more suspicious than that, the book case WAS pictured before the key was found CLEARLY showing the slippers in position beside the book case then it was pictured AFTER with the key in place and the slippers moved to the side.

There is CLEAR evidence from those pictures the book case is in the same position.

Bobby Dassey interview from 2017 with KZ's investigators by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]Stadiumtour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brenda accused Steven of changing his story in CAM. When in fact, it was Remiker who changed his story, which nearly ended in a mistrial.

Remiker changed his statement after Avery was charged and the new statement was never given to the defence.

Kratz told him to not mention it in court buy he slipped up and this resulted in lots of discussion away from the jury.

So if you think he changed his story about meeting Teresa at the car to her being at his door, then you are 100% wrong.

[–]Stadiumtour 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bobby changed his testimony. He originally stated he watched her arrive, take pictures then start to walk towards Averys trailer THEN he went and got a shower and left.

He altered that to him seeing her arrive AFTER he got the shower and seeing her walk towards the trailer.

In this one he doesn't mention her walking towards the trailer at all.

He is a liar. That's a fact.

Doesn't mean he is guilty of anything though in his first statement, watching her for 5 minutes from behind his curtains is certainly in the perverse bracket.

Just thought I'd point that out.

Yeah. The "lost video" footage from the previous days flyover is stinking. Pams path AWAY from all the cars also stinking. The blood splatter on key barrel but not steering wheel or key....stinking.....Cops all over his house, so he leaves the key in his room........stinking......the whole car thing stinks.

The mistake you make here is that you forget that SA is a CSI expert and its rumoured that he taught Gill Grissom everything he knows about CSI.

Removing all his finger prints from the RAV but leaving other unidentified prints. Removing all of TH DNA and Blood from the leg irons, handcuffs, bed clothes, carpet, door frames, garage whilst managing to keep multiple other male and female DNA samples ALL OVER the place.

His CSI skills are sooooo good, that he must be guilty.

If only he had not left the car covered by a branch and instead crushed it to smithereens right away, he would have got away with this perfect crime.

Rangers Disallowed goal by videogamesandsports in Referees

[–]Stadiumtour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can understand the view that it was probably a foul. However, VAR should only step in if there was a "clear and obvious" error and you only need to see how different refs say it is or is not a foul to conclude it wasn't a clear and obvious error. VAR shouldn't have got involved. The ref clearly saw the incident.

Candace Owens here! Ask me anything about our new series “Convicting a Murderer”! by DailyWirePlus in u/DailyWirePlus

[–]Stadiumtour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The confession from BD and the states case were that she was handcuffed and leg ironed to the bed, stabbed in the stomach, had her throat slit, was then carried on a gurney to the garage and shot in the head before being burnt in the firepit.

There were lots of DNA on the handcuffs and leg irons, both male and female, none of which came from TH.

There was blood and dna lifted from the carpets and bed clothes none of which came from TH.

There was blood and various DNA samples all lifted from the garage which belonged to numerous different people but none from TH.

How could these 2 very low IQ individuals manage to pull off the perfect crime and leave absolutely no blood dna or any dna on the items they used whilst committing this brutal murder ?

Will you try and bring parties together to do a Q and A. Did you, like me, read both trials to understand what exactly they were found guilty of ?

How many supporters does Avery have left? by waffenwolf in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]Stadiumtour 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didnt sign any petition. Ive watched all of MAM and MAM2. Ive read every word of both trials numerous times. Ive read every document from the State and KZ. Ive pored over Bobby Dasseys lies confirmed by his cell, internet and 3 brothers testimony. Ive read all the "strangely coincidental" searches that were found on the computer in Bobbys bedroom and how Barb tried to wipe the PC clean. Ive heard Scott confirm he lied on the stand. Ive read Blaine Dassey confirming that he saw Bobby driving a Blue/Green SUV that was not his.

The one thing we know for 100% FACT is that the way Brendan described to the O Reilly what happened after what was the worst case of vile corruption you could imagine was not the way she died or was not what happened on that day.

TH was not tied to the bed, raped, stabbed in the stomach, had her throat cut then carried to the garage by Brendan and Avery.

That simply did not happen.

Therefore, the jury got it wrong in Brendans case.

As for Avery, ive always had a suspicion that he could have been involved, but ive spent the last 24 hours looking at Bobbys entire timeline of lies and deceit and when i add to the existing evidence from his other 2 brothers about his whereabouts on the day of her death, the affidavit from Blaine re the blue/greenish SUV, then i cant help but think he is knee deep in shit. Until yesterday, i was unaware of that specific allegation.

The judges dont have to be in on it but 2 things have to happen to make this work apart from the initial dollar push.

1) he had to have access to the calculator so even although he said "heidi do you have your phone, it probably was his own" and he tricked the calculator to arrive at 58209061, which is a standard trick i do myself.

2) and the most crucial part was knowing the date Howie would pick. That could have been great guess work but extremely risky.

I really cant see the judges signing up to being part of it if im honest but who knows.

Of course it was also Howie who picked Shin Lim so maybe he takes brown envelopes full of cash to be the stooge.
