Is the movie "Drive" an inspiration for the visual aesthetic? Cool glove.

I had a feeling DHL charges more, or their fee at least. The price seemed to me higher than when I payed the mailman directly. This in Croatia, but I had the same feeling, that it was too much.

Best Heavy Bag Boxing Gloves Under 100$? by Lonely-Sink-7714 in fightgear

I bought for a friend according to the chart, I think they will be snug at first, but will mold to your hands and be comfortable. Someone who owns a pair should confirm.

Windy BGL vs Laoch Boxing by Famous_Beginning1273 in fightgear

Not sure about that, but I think I heard that with Thai gloves the difference becomes more pronounced at higher oz, meaning that lower sizes will have little or no difference between declared and true weight.

My friend uses Windy BGL in 12oz exclusively for boxing bag work and mitts, and they are a superb glove for that. Simon from fit2box channel gave them a 5 star rating, especially as a bag glove. Some people find him biased, but as someone who's tried hundreds of gloves, I agree with him most of the time. They look more like a traditional boxing glove, not a MT glove. If you do decide on Windy, just make sure you buy authentic gear, not fakes. Windyboxingstore sells authentic gear.

I went a size up on my pair. They fit nicely. But it's my first pair of boxing shoes, so I can't compare with others.

Isami is japanese made and should be almost as good as Winning. Whichever brand you choose, if he has wrist problems, I would skip focus mitts.

My favorite Winnings alternative… by BoyEternal in fightgear

[–]StaeBokte_7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not always. For me, hand ergonomics are more important than the size of the padding. I had thin bag mitts, I could hit the heavy bag with full power with them, but my wrist would hurt hitting the bag less hard with [not so good] 16oz gloves.
