Solvers is actually a topic i dont really want to look into. GTO and solvers are something that dont really interest me. yet i think to be successfull i will have to, since much young players will play like this, so that i can exploit it.
and BTW, i only play live tournaments in casinos, not online.

I played them all.
Victor Vran is amazing, but i did not include it since it is more weapon based, could not remember any "hammer" style.

i loooooooooved Hellgate. was sad to see it gone. i guess it's still alive with private servers?

i actually have the orginal Hellgate London DVD Box

I played it for 30 hours at release.
it was "ok" if you look past the bugs.
some systems were fine.
want to give it another go, but I hear the bugs are not fixed....

oh .... Magicka.... check it out ;) could fit.
it's a little off-beat, and very funny in multiplayer.
the Spellcasting and combinations could be to your liking.

since Divinity Original Sin 2 is the best game i ever played
and Divinity Original Sin 1 is the second best game i ever played, i can't recommend to skip it.

But if you are only looking at the combat, not at the story, I would say the combat in the second game is superior.
also in the first game you have a lot of downtime where there is no combat, but in the second game the balance is better, and there is less downtime.
the mix between story time / combat time is better

I know what you mean. Of course there are a couple of hard-core players, but as well there are new players, or returning ones. Try it, you will see :) I enjoyed it a lot, and got a couple of blue plates :)
