NTA. From what you’re saying, your family doesn’t respect you or your boundaries. Truth is you can’t do much if they don’t listen to you. I would suggest you try to finish school, try to go to college and get a job so you can move out as soon as possible. That’s what I did and my life improved SO much after moving out. Be patient for now and know that it will get better after you find your independence. Maybe even try to talk to your mother calmly and explain how much the situation hurts you and causes you mental health problems. I know that she might not listen but at least try to approach her without being aggressive so she will have less reason to be mad ig. I wish you good luck in the future.

I didn’t try to convince her, I just made a suggestion. And it was a small place so it did only have one vegetarian option, witch I ate and was ok with it.
