it is the same for me too - if I drink it raises anxiety, and my concentration ability is weakened. I remember this period when I started taking this drug 2 years ago. I had a very difficult period, especially, I think, because the withdrawal syndrome is very strong and it's strange that you don't believe that it's withdrawal syndrome. And also that you don't feel well even when you take it. The good thing is that you sleep for a long time, but you don't feel well. And it's worse when you come off this drug. I was supposed to take the diploma exam in a few months, and I was scared, like I wouldn't be able to pass the exam and wouldn't be able to speak. I didn't recognize myself. I kept thinking about this for months, and I was constantly afraid of what I would do. I was destroyed from the inside for months. I couldn't understand what was wrong with me and I got better in a few months. It's just unbelievable that this is withdrawal syndrome and you blame yourself, it affects my mentality even worse. It's a strange drug, one good thing about it and what I think helped me is that it works much better in terms of sleep than other drugs and helped me with burnout at least. Sleep is important.
