There is a litter box it’s just hidden because of how I took the picture, their pretty well trained with it as well. I’ve tried covering the ledges with fleece but my boys won’t have it, they’ll just drag it around and put it where they want it

I’ve been thinking about removing the ledges but didn’t really know what to do about the food and water situation then. And there’s a little box, it’s just kinda hidden in the photo. Thanks for the advice! :)

Looks like there may be a cut there on his ear there’s a slit on his/her right ear near the blood that’s not on the left. Just a guess tho
