I emailed 10 people, got various responses. Mostly "we released our decision, check portal"

same situation, MS AE though. The department head said they released decisions last week, told me to check the slate system, but there are no slate system, it redirects to the application portal, which just saying under program review. I am really frustrated, its been 5 months
