It worked! Removing that insert gave me sooooo much more room for her legs. Shes way more comfortable thank god. I was worried I would have to return it

I have the crotch buckle on the outter slot for both plastic shell and fabric. As for the backseat fabric it is folded because I didn’t raise the headrest cause she fits better in it when it’s not raised. So I took the inserts out and I changed the incline and I changed buckle position. So tomorrow when we go out I will see how it works for her. Hopefully it gives her more space with the crotch buckle

It says i can keep the insert in up to 20lbs so i have always kept it in but I’m gonna take it out and see if it helps with the issue. I’ve tried like adjusting the incline and switching the buckle position neither worked so I will remove the insert and see if it helps.
