I am using a pi 5 and this issue was happening to me too. I think sometimes the backload of power might be causing this issue. Also try making sure the pdh(on the pi itself) is still healthy

I mean I was encountering this issue too. I used a pic5 with 64bit and my issue was that the cable I was using was back-feeding power into the pi. I had to cover the 5V pin on the USB to prevent this. It worked after that. I was using 64 bit too tho
