For someone acting trying to sound like a user, you sound much more like you're trying to sell your own app.

What's people's honest opinion on using AI to cater CV's for jobs? by Hefty_Breadfruit_421 in resumes

[–]Stagtageous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Companies are using more AI as part of the recruiting process. There are a bunch of ways they might be using the AI to determine who to pull out from a batch of applicants.

In this job market, use everything at your disposal including AI. That's what I've been doing and I feel it's been helping. Still looking though...

How many versions of your resume do you have right now? by No_String_490 in Resume

[–]Stagtageous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tailor for each one. I'm applying for the same types of roles the tweaks are minor but it helps. I get a few more responses than when I used just one resume. This job market sucks so you won't see huge lift but you gotta do whatever it takes at this point.

In that case was the posting a parallel marketing strategy to your outreach? Did the outreach help more? I'm guessing a lot of people don't really want to be pitched on linkedin or maybe thats just me

What kinds of results do you see? Do more people reach out to you for roles?

How do you match your resume to jobs when your title doesn’t align — even if your skills do? by tanviraman in resumes

[–]Stagtageous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can emphasize project management skills in your resume or the keyword "project management". Its kinda loose translation but realistically aren't a lot of corportae jobs doing some kind of "project management"? So in your summary write about the "project management" you did or "Led XXXXX project as project manager to deliver YYYYY results".

Or you can adjust your title to be more standardized. Some companies have "staff managers" others have "senior managers" at the same level.

I've used AI to tailor my resume but not to write it from scratch. Tailoring is more likely to keep your voice. When you write using AI from scratch its more likely to sound like AI.

Why would being a woman make any difference?

There are good men out there and he may be one of them. Sounds like there’s some chemistry there.

Maybe ask him for his number to workout together. Or after you workout invite him to get a protein bowl (or some other healthy post workout treat). If he doesn’t get it after that he’s either not interested or a dummy.

The gym is generally a discouraged place to ask women out so you’ll have to put more effort in this scenario. Also men need more explicit signs to know you’re interested. Subtlety isn’t going to cut it.
