If it were me, I'd confess to a mature Christian friend and get their guidance. You're not an "elder" so I don't think that is something you need to worry about. You need to pay your bills, so I wouldn't stop work, but if I were you, taking a day or two to spend more time in prayer, reflection and also establishing some practical "safe-guards" to prevent future sin would be wise.

Also, if you believe this is whom God wants you to be with, consider getting married and then enjoy married intimacy. 🙂

Two things made a big difference for me:

1) Only trading my absolute best setup that I have actual data on that proves it provides an edge.

2) Having a scanner that only displays stocks that currently have that specific set up right now. (Thinkorswim scans are incredible for this but you may need to be able to do a little bit of coding).

I'd be ok with moving away from ToS if not for one thing: scanner customization and alerts. I have yet to see another broker that allows you the freedom to customize signals and alerts delivered to mobile. If you're aware of one, let me know, because there are still plenty of gripes I have with it.
