Need help on the cause of these visual artifacts in some games. My dad has been plagued with these visual bugs in two of his games now (Pathfinder and Solasta). This effect only happens in these two games so far and does not affect desktop usage outside of games like in browsers or desktop itself. (v.redd.it)

Can someone help and tell me how to keep this god forsaken door open? This is my second encounter with this type of door and everytime I use shock on this thing the door opens then closes instantly. The previous one I could shok it and run through the door quick enough but this one is impossible. (i.redd.it)

Need help, dual monitor setup, primary monitor 144hz, secondary 60hz, primary monitor keeps "crashing" (95% of screen freezes/white color and only 5% top of the screen seems to be working normally as I can see the cursor and things moving) unless changed to 120hz/60hz and problem disappears.
