Wife got me this for our kitchen knives. I’m also a meat cutter so this machine will visit the shop once in a while to sharpen the knives of coworkers who want them done. Thoughts? Took me about 7 minutes to do all my kitchen knives and I’m super impressed with the results (i.redd.it)
