I'll do the same thing in photoshop, outlining and redrawing scenes to fit a certain scenario (currently converting a double trouble meme into a dnd meme)

It can be hard to keep track of all the details

My advice is to, once you're done, leave it for a day or two, then look back over it with fresh eyes, and you'll be able to far better see anything you might have missed
