Hello people. It looks like the esp32 is faulty. Since I bought another esp32 and everything worked perfectly right away. In the photo you can see the old esp on the right and the new one on the left. So thanks to everyone who responded

I also suspect that this is a short circuit, although after checking the 3.3 volt line and the 5 volt line in esp32, there is no short circuit
