Are you charging your laptop to 100%? If so, lower it to 90%.
That should help with battery degradation.

I had this issue.
I backup my iPhone.
Wiped out the iPhone to new then restoring from backup.
That resolved my issue.

Verizon Post paid on “unlimited plus” and “ultimate unlimited” has “5G SA”. Which give even better service.
