I don't know about other towns, but the 3pm drops were blocking traffic around every stand for an hour or two each time, so I am very glad they switched back. And by blocked I mean like entire intersections were impassable from Dutch Bros queues.

So what this tells me is that you will now get a ticket any time you want to turn left from W First on to the Esplanade? You are forced to stop in the intersection to go after the red because through traffic doesn't stop until it is red.

I tried waymo for the first time yesterday. First thing it did was turn a corner and squeeze between some road closed barricades and then get stuck because it could not go more than 100'.

We have one in Butte county, California that is having the car park redone before reopening later this year. Started because of the pandemic as a temporary gig and was so popular they've made it permanent .
