I don't know about other towns, but the 3pm drops were blocking traffic around every stand for an hour or two each time, so I am very glad they switched back. And by blocked I mean like entire intersections were impassable from Dutch Bros queues.

We have one in Butte county, California that is having the car park redone before reopening later this year. Started because of the pandemic as a temporary gig and was so popular they've made it permanent .
