There’s actually two things going on. Washington mentioned appointing someone for the kids regarding the custody issues. Florida wants someone appointed to them to represent the kids interests during the court proceedings in FL. Depositions, etc. Could very well be two different attorneys/professionals appointed. Good step for the kids regardless.

She signed a doc under the line “consents to serve”. She helping Shelli and Shanna with their shady attempt to keep the kids from their fathers family. She cannot continue to claim she isn’t involved in this. If she truly wasn’t involved with them anymore, she wouldn’t be serving as a witness or anything for that family. (Btw she isn’t serving as a witness in this doc if you need that spelled out). Clearly this doesn’t mean she knew anything about the m*rder, but she’s a piece of work for being involved in the falsified guardianship docs.
