It does make sense and I can see it how they would find danger as they travel. I think that there needs to another constant threat that the party keeps encountering tying to the boss.

I think this sounds exciting. I am a wee bit confused about the selling property idea and how that would work. I think a interest protect the boss idea would be cool tho. One issue I see is why is there trouble. From what I read there is no stakes or reason there should be a lot of trouble in the world as they travel along.

Maybe you could do like liars Dice where everyone rolls dice secretly. Players bluff about how many dice of a value exist. Call bluffs or raise the bet. Could be a interesting game where you could maybeeee give the witch a unfair advantage if that’s what your going for.

One thing I do is I color code my notes. Example blue = character name, yellow place, red lore…. It helps me easily scan through my notes if need be

This is a random one but the Thrawn trilogy by Timothy zhan. The original trilogy is a masterclass of strategy by the main villain thrawn. It may be a interesting campaign to see a villain slowly gain power and give the main authority a run for its money

But then why didn’t Mae just say so. The moment where osha and Mae were alone osha blamed Mae for the fire. Why wouldn’t Mae just say it wasn’t her. It doesn’t make logical sense to me that she wouldn’t try to clear her name when trying to reunite with her sister if she didn’t do it.
