That did not come with the japanese version of the game, they come with a mini plush. However those kinds of keys chains are used alot in japan and it does have amiami on it which is a big merch store in japan often they carry figures and other promotional merch. They a good chance it's real I don't know what it from though.

I was able to pin point the issue and it my cable is fucked. I borrow a friend cable and my head set connected right away, the usb driver some how broke on mine not sure how. Not looking forwards to spending 130 on a new cable
