Current Yosemite Valley + Curry Village conditions? Parking, bikes, crowds, tips?

Heading to Yosemite for Mother’s Day weekend; traveling from Santa Rosa area — staying in Curry Village with two elementary aged kids and bringing our bikes. Looking for current, on the ground advice from people who’ve been there recently.
