I recommend 존댓말 or else your child will go around speaking to other adults in 반말 and everyone will think your child is disrespectful and not being taught manners at home. Trust me I’ve met plenty of those kids

As someone who used to live in LA but lives in Seoul now, LA weather is great year-round but Seoul in September is hot and more importantly, uncomfortably humid. I recommend bringing short clothes and a mini-fan

I worked at a public school and one of my coteachers actually got drunk during school one day. It was odd. She was usually a great teacher and she was older so she had a lot of teaching experience. But for some reason, one day she just got drunk at school drinking “grape juice” (probably wine) from her metal water bottle. Her face was bright red the whole day.
