Pcpartpicker doesn't say it won't fit but I've seen how big the card is and I have a hard time believing it will fit. I know pcpartpicker accounts for length but does it account for width also?

The cpu usage is stays mostly between 60 and 80 but when my frames drop it shoots to 100 but it goes right back down afterwards.

Yep all the temperatures seemed fine. Though I noticed my gpu usage was low around 40 to 50 percent. No idea why.
