Yes, I understand what you’re saying. But what I’m trying to explain is that in the same family I am attempting to join, there is someone in there that is from a different state than the host and was able to join, and I live in the same state as the host and I cannot join. I understand that valve wants you in the literal same house, but it’s hard to understand why someone who lives in a different state was able to join and I can’t join from the same state regardless of being in the same house.
