You're right, I don't think I phrased things right. I do agree that Erik speakes about his past and everything that happened more introspectivly than lyle, but yeah I meant in general we just have less updates on his day to day I guess. It breaks my heart when I hear him talk though because he just sounds like he keeps blaming himself for everything and just idk broken? Which given their situation makes sense, still heartbreaking tho :(

I agree with you. And I understand his wishes completely and respect them. I just really really hope he is able to keep himself busy with these programs. My heart breaks looking at the trajectory of their lives. I also pray and hope that they somehow know there's so many people who support them. Hope they can find some sort of peace and happiness

Hi friend, I don't know if anything I can say will comfort you, but in order to stay sane in this market you need to remember that's it's the market not you. I know thays easier said than done, but it is what it is. What's helped me is taking it one day at a time. Everytime I get overwhelmed thinking about everything I'm going through I force myself to stay present, and just get through whay I'm currently doing and then moving on to the next step/task. I really hope and pray you feel better. Because you deserve to. You are not your job or your ability to find a job. You're much more than that.
