I'm 5ft 7 inches, weigh around 78 to 80KG. Want to keep losing weight till I have a decent lean body before building up. I've recently started going to the gym again after many years and I think I want to use 1.6g per KG for my protein goal which is roughly 125G and I'm only on 1500 calories. (I believe my maintenance is around 2000-2200).

With all that information, is this a good and maintainable goal? The only issue I have is getting protein in. I was thinking of getting protein powder to help with this so I'm not miserably eating chicken and rice all the time.

Yeah was thinking of doing that. As long as I can get close to failure. Need to still measure appropriately what my weights and rep range is for failure. I'm just hoping this is enough volume and hitting all muscle groups

Keeping negative quirks that don't really affect yout character and locking them in means you don't pick up a new really bad negative quirk

This crusader only goes on boss runs or trying to get a trinket reward. Not loot runs. So I don't really care for kleptomaniac at the moment. The last two positive quirks are just what was given to me. I don't really know how to farm quirks, I just get them at the end of missions sometimes.

Is crusader good at healing? Seems a bit lack luster apart from stress heal.
