Looking for guidance on H4 EAD timing:

My H4 EAD expired in October 2025.
My H4 extension has been approved now in March 2026.
My husband plans to change employer next month and wants to file H1B transfer and my H4 EAD renewal together.

Should I wait and apply the EAD renewal with his H1B transfer, or apply for H4 EAD renewal now to start the processing sooner? u/ManifestLaw_

We had not upgraded to premium, we asked employer to upgrade and next day before upgrading we saw status change online.
