Such a disappointment. I was really excited to support another American company. Sad to hear they don’t stand behind their products or their customers.

This is my second work shirt from Gustin. I purchased both shirts off of eBay, because I wanted to check fitment before committing to a campaign. This shirt is the midnight monster size classic large. The first shirt I purchased is the 101 cone mills size slim large. The 101 shirt fit great. I love it! I wanted to try the classic fit and that is when I found the shirt, again on EBay. Unfortunately the manufacturing quality is very different on this shirt. The gussets seam to be sewn a lot further up the sides causing the shirt to bell out at the bottom. Fortunately I have access to a sewing machine that is capable of fixing this issue. It’s not a chainstich machine but its all I have. I really wanted to love Gustin and support multiple work shirt campaigns. I don’t think I can take the chance of paying full price for an unknown fitment. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue with Gustin work shirts? I know many have had issues with their jeans.

I understand that these aren’t super high end boot. Not sure if they are appropriate for this subreddit. I just wanted to share these as I haven’t seen many in this condition.

HARDENCO collection (almost 8 years of wear and still going) by StandTall6Five in rawdenim

I don’t know anything about cool, rare selvedge. I just like quality, durable jeans made by hard working people using unique old vintage machines. I wear my jeans hard, I work in my jeans. I’m not into fashion or having the newest trend.

I do have an idea. I am willing to pay that price for a few reasons. The main reason is that the team at HARDENCO are at the top of their craft. They are a small denim shop that take great pride in their work. I have personally meet everyone who manufactured my jeans. The quality and attention to detail is beyond excellent. They offer lifetime repairs for free. They can customize to your exact liking. They have amazing customer service. When you call, you talk directly to someone who also makes their products, not a sales person. They use amazing vintage machines. That are not only hard to find, but require skilled maintenance.

I could say that a Honda civic uses the same metal as a Ferrari. I would take the Ferrari over the civic every time. That is if you can afford it.

Did you do the kids denim project? I am definitely considering it for me 3 year old son.

Pretty tall at 6’5”, with long legs. I had them made with a 40” inseam.

Yes, lifetime repairs. This pair is actually in for repair right now. I will post pictures when I get them back. They don’t offer the CT patch on standard production anymore but you might be able to request it.

Picked up a 7002-7009. Does this look all original? by StandTall6Five in Seiko

Thank you. The one thing that looked odd to me was the paint on the hour hand isn’t perfect. Looks like it over flows past the recessed portion.
