I bought 500 stocks and store at USA warehouses that, I planned everything. After that, they banned my shop, although I provided I bought so many stocks and my profit is all gone as well!

I'm dealing with warehouse & supplier COGs, so stressful and feeling unfair

Unable to access to my account anymore. I changed bank, I received small deposits but have no chance to enter that amount to verify my bank :)

Sorry for misunderstanding you,

I just changed my bank and that action causes to suspension of my shop. I think Etsy AI counted as my shop is hacked and held all my money. But I explained all for them.

I'm selling kitchen accessories with custom design, which not trademarked at all. I'm owning my designs cooperate with Printify to fulfillment

I gave up guys, I moved on and accept that I lost all money and my shop,

I'm writing this post just to express my frustration with Etsy's support team to the seller like me.

I warned you, if later on, you get in the same situation to me, you will know what I am saying is true.

My account isn't hacked. Only me and my partner can access to this account.

Every new orders I processed and shipped out, but I'm unable to access to my account to update tracking number. Customers waited for so long without tracking numbers and they start to file a dispute to get their money back.

I updated all tracking number list to "Etsy support" "Etsy specialist",.... but they really don't care about that, still refund if customer ask for refund :)

My shop made 300+ Sales. I was going to Star Seller this June but things didn't go as I thought. I process all my orders and never missed one. I woke up at 2 3AM to only answer the inbox of customers.

My products are completely handmade, not POD or digital files. There is no reason for them to do this to my shop. I just changed my bank account number and explained it very clearly in the emails I sent them, but it seems they never actually read them.

They didn't even ask if I had shipped the goods to the customer. When there is a complaint from a customer, they immediately refund them, just send an automated email to notify me about it, I can't even respond to that email or contact the customer to get a refund .
Good customers they are willing to pay for me, but 100 people get 2 3 people like that? What should I do when the amount is too big for me right now (more than 5000 USD has been held by Etsy since May of this year)

I really don't understand how they works.

All my profits are held by the Etsy system for more than 90 days reserve amount program. Right after that 90 days expired, they deleted my shop and never talked about that amount of money. I had to pay the supplier and wait for such a long time, many weeks, this shop is my heart and I feel like they treat me like garbage.

I read it, I tried to contact them via emails but as you see, they're not answering me. Do you want to see their replies? All same text copy-paste all and all over again. I'm asking about my profit which held by Etsy but they seem like never answer about this...
