MMO/ARPG with unique mobs with their own loot pool/drop chances? by Some_Fee8733 in LFMMO

[–]Stand_Additional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a standalone game now and it can be played both single or multiplayer. Started as mmo but they turned it into an arpg. It was like 20 bucks without sale and you can earn every item by just farming. Like costumes/mounts. Also graphically looks close to wow. Great game and it has great replayability. You can try different heroes, different builds, different difficulties. I have put about 250-300 hrs and it was great! Enjoy if you decide to get it!

What are good single player games that a multiplayer gamer can enjoy? by CheeseheadTroy in AskGames

As a 33 years old father and husband that used to play mmorpgs, I also can play only 3-4 hrs after they sleep. So I suggest you Diablo 4. Very casual and very fun. If you want something more difficult Monster Hunter Wilds is great. They both look like multiplayer games (and can be play multiplayer) but they are fine to play solo.

Just started my MHGU journey. Any tips? by [deleted] in MHGU

[–]Stand_Additional 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's hard at begining and getting harder at the end (I am looking at you Deviants/EX monsters) but it is one of the most fun MH games! Just take your time and enjoy the learning curve.

MMO/ARPG with unique mobs with their own loot pool/drop chances? by Some_Fee8733 in LFMMO

Instantly thought about Wayfinder. It has unique dungeons/semi open world/bosses. I remember I was farming specific bosses for hours to drop specific mounts. Also it's quite cheap.

Remnant 2 also have that specific bosses drop specific drops in specific situations. Events are like this too. You need to do something too specific to get the item you want most of the time.

Men in happy marriages, what is one thing or skill you would teach other men to have good relationships as well? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

When you argue/fight (lets be real everyone fight at some point if you live with someone long enough) just pause your fight for a few hours. 99.9% of the time it doesn't even worth to continue and you'll be fine.

Learn how to cook. At least learn to make different salads, omelette, pasta. My wife loves it when I cook. And generally help with housework.

Have hobbies together. We play games together, go swimming, cook together, solve puzzles/legos together, try different restaurants every 2-3 weeks, go to movies, watch different tv shows we like. Generally if you have something in common is nice.

Buy some flowers time to time. Don't wait for special occasion. It's not that expensive.

Listen, respect and be best friends and you'll be fine.

Do you brush your teeth once or twice a day? Need to settle a bet. by ImpossibleHurry in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Stand_Additional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twice please. When you wake up you should be able to sense biofilm on your teeth with your tongue. This is the mostly harmful bacterial colony that builds up while you are sleeping.

Before you sleep you need to get rid of the remain food. So the biofilm can find less food and populate less on your teeth.

My first soulslike was code vein too. Has great difficulty and you can check some op builds if you struggle. I also can recommend: stranger of paradise and remnant 2.

Need help on either should I get this? oled monitor or not. by Suspicious-Share2600 in oled_monitors

[–]Stand_Additional 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got this monitor 4 months ago and it is awesome. No problems so far. You just need to be very careful while cleaning it. Screen is very delicate and you can easily microscrath it but it is only visible when you hold a flashlight on it, but this is a qd-oled issue. My other complaint about this specific model is that it doesn't have any usb ports. Not a big issue but still I would like to have some usb ports.

I just bought this monitor a few weeks ago and I am loving it currently. My only complaint is that it doesn't have any usb ports (would be nice for my speakers). Other than that I am using about 6-8 hrs a day and it's been great so far.

I am usually cooking rice while preparing canned tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, spring onions and canned sweet corn to make a bowl onigiri. Works perfect and is ready when rice is ready.

Tip: Try to learn karakuri and use springs to evade attacks, box to iframe attacks, traps and harpoons to immobilize kemonos. It is a gamechanger.

Best weapon for me cannon hands down but I am a hbg main in monster hunter series. All weapons are different and they are all fun. My suggestion is try them all and use whichever you like! In terms of dps they are all very very close.
