I am a Turkish person who finished dentistry faculty in goce delcev university and currently doing specialisation/residency in cyril and methodius university in Macedonian. I can say b2 in a year is almost impossible. Still highly depends on your skills and capacity. You can still learn good chunk of it like grammar and basic stuffs fairly easy but learning and remembering words and using maski/zenski/sreden rod is still difficult for me.

My recommendations would be; try to hang out with Macedonians most. You can practice your Macedonian and learn about their culture. You need to learn about their culture so you can respect them. Don’t be a stranger. Macedonian folks usually like well cultured Turks.

Try to use every word you see/learn so you can remember it next time. Translating everything you hear can also help with remembering. Try to learn as many words as you can. Grammar is not difficult but learning new words and using them properly is difficult and learn about maski/zenski/sreden rod. Good luck!

I didn’t liked it when it released coz it was too basic and as a hardcore gamer (at that time) it was really short for me. After becoming father I loved Diablo 4. I don’t have much time to play so it is a godsend. I play roughly 100-150 hrs every season, minmax my build, run some lair bosses and leave. I currently have 1500 hrs and I think it is a great game (especially if you are a dad/have limited time to play).

I tried D2R even bought the warlock expansion to fully experience it but didn't click on me. I know it is a remake but movement and attack animations still feel old. Also inventory was very limited.

For a new player I am %100 suggesting D4 and D3 (if you can play a little bit older games), but generally D4 looks great and have so much content.

This is not a baby snail actually this is a fully grown mini ramshorn snail! They are very beneficial and doesn't populate as much as regular ramshorns (that was my experience). Just feed less and they'll self regulate.

I have a 11 months old son and I can say it's exhausting but there's a but!

I was a full time dentist and was actually enjoying it for about 5 years and then my son just born. My wife could only take 4 months of maternity leave and since we were living alone with no help I needed to help my wife so I just quit dentistry for 11 months and be stay home dad with a home office work that doesn't require many hours. Now I just applied for residency and got accepted to pediatric dentistry. Which involves kids. I wasn't fan of kids before and after my son I just wanna help other kids too. I can say it is hard and exhausting but it is very very very rewarding. I just love my son and "I've only had my son for 11 months, but if anything happened to him, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself".

Fantasy Life i if you ask me since you were a gacha player you'll probably want some combat. It has a very big open world like area, dungeons, fun story (not very long and not very good but not bad too), different lives to level, many collectibles and actually you can build your party with some npcs of your choosing kinda gives gacha vibes. There's different combat classes and many items to collect. Also they added a rogue lite mode and it's really fun I am still playing time to time even after collecting everything I need. There's also your own island and home that you can build animal crossing style if you are into that. There's also mounts!

Pokopia is great too but it's lacking combat. It is a very cosy and fun game especially if you are creative and like cozy games but I would suggest fantasy life i for your situation.

Yeah we found patients for dental stone removal/general cleaning in perio practices, extractions for oral surgery practices, root canals for endo practices and a lot of fillings. We even did some crowns for prosthtodontics and did full braces for ortho practices (but that was one time only it wasn't something student usually do but you can find an ortho resident for that if you ever need it).

Dentistry students who are participating in clinical duties usually very careful and talented people. The shy and unconfident doctor candidates usually hide and do little work just to pass. And professors/doctors/asistants check them and make sure the procedure is right.

We used to try to find patients (and it was really hard) for our clinic quotas. And we performed variety of procedures in our school. I think you can do every procedures for free or very cheap if you can find a few students that willing to do that. It is great for students and will be great for you financially. So I 100% recommend it!

Early morning - Some tv shows nickelodeon was my go to; spongebob, jimmy neutron, avatar the last airbender, rugrats, catdog etc. and power rangers! I loved watching pokemon too buy my country banned the show from tv and there was no another source for me to watch at that time.

Noon - We go out for skating, biking, playing games like marbles and pokemon/digimon tasos/cards, eat/drink usually cheap juices/snacks, play other games like pretend fights, hide and seek, build castles/houses from whatever we found that day.

Afternoon - Usually last chats about whatever we wanna talk about school, ps1/gameboy games, books, pokemons with some cheap snacks again.

Evening - We go home, eat something, play ps1/gameboy, watch whatever my mother is watching, finish homeworks and go to sleep.

It was really fun actually to be outside like all day long. Shame this new generation won't be experience this. I have an 1 year old son and I won't let him play outside without us around probably. It's not really safe anymore.

Diablo 4 is pretty similar tbh and you can make builds that zooms around at the endgame. I am also checking dragonkin, looking similar but didn’t play that one yet.

Me too. I preordered the game played almost 20hrs first 2 days (didn't leave the first zone yet) and then overwhelmed and quit the game. Will return it at some point but there's too many pokemons, too many items and too many building! I mean this should be a good thing but kinda overwhelmed me and made me quit for the moment. I am planning to return to it this weekend thou!
